All product returns require a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). An RMA number can be obtained by clicking on the Product Return Request button below. Please review our return policy before starting a new return. All refund/return requests will be processed promptly by Smithbuy.
All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange except for the following:
Any returned items meeting one or more of the above exceptions may incur a stocking charge of 15% and therefore only a partial refund.
Smithbuy offers extended holiday returns. Returns for items purchased between November 1 and December 31 must be received at Smithbuy’s warehouse no later than January 31 for eligibility for full refund, subject to the above.
Each drone manufacturer has its own warranty period and is typically 90 days from date of purchase. Please see the specific warranty information for each manufacturer below.
For all drones, returns are subject to our standard Returns Policy with additional restrictions as listed in our Drone Returns Policy.
Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) may be returned to Smithbuy according to our standard Returns Policy.

Returns will not be accepted due to operator error or regular wear and tear.
All returned products will be inspected for damage, missing parts, and policy violations. Missing items and accessories will be deducted from any refund given or the product may be returned to the customer without a refund.
The customer voids the warranty if they:
Any violation of the items listed above will result in termination of the return policy and will result in the drone being returned at the cost of the customer.

Hubsan will warrant your drone for 90 days after the date of purchase from defects in materials or workmanship of original manufacture. Hubsan, at their discretion, will repair or replace the incorrectly made part at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, abuse, misuse, alterations or accidents. To return your quadcopter for repairs you need to provide proof of purchase, your store receipt or product invoice. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PURCHASER BE ENTITLED TO ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
